On Tuesday, July 21, 2009, in Frankford Hospital, Langhorne, PA. Age 70.

Born in Ahoskie, NC, to Peter and Maggie Hymon. He was a lifelong resident of Bristol, PA, where he was an employee of the Pennsbury school district for many years.

John loved to fish and spend his time outdoors. He loved to laugh aand we will always remember that laughter throughout our fondest memories of him.

John was preceded in death by his parents; his siblings, Henry, Lucy, Joe and John; and his stepdaughter, LaVonne.

He leaves to cherish his memories; two sons, John Jr. and Joe (Aretha); step-children, Marvin (Barbara), Jeffrey and Kelli; his sister, Lottie Bea Harris; 21 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; his nephew, Charles (Esther) Hymon; his longtime friend, Jessie Holloman and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
