Obituary of Cain G Travis

Cain Gregory Travis was born July 10, 1990 at Kennedy Hospital, Stratford, New Jersey to Loretta Travis and Edward G. Govan. Unexpectantly, Cain G. Travis passed away on Sunday. November 11, 2018.

“Killa-Kane”, “Kane-Shine”, “Lil brother” and “Lil Ugly” were some of his name’s affectionately he was called by some of his family members and friends.

Cain enjoyed eating home cooked meals, watching TV, wrestling, football, fishing, playing video games, clowning around with family at their homes, busting jokes with silly laughs, then would say, “I love y’all”, then walk off.

Cain mostly loved his three children, his family and was overly protective of Loretta, his mother. Cain also loved being around and working with his dad.

He was educated in the Winslow Township school system and Pennco Tech Trade School, Blackwood, NJ (Auto Mechanic).

For all the beautiful moments in time, he shared his love to all in happy times, fun-times and the good and bad times.

He leaves to forever cherish his memories: his three children, daughter Nayla Travis; son Caden Travis of Woodbury, NJ and son, Samir Watkins of Blackwood, NJ; his loving mother Loretta Travis of Glassboro, NJ; his father Edward G. Govan of Millville, NJ; three brothers, Jimmy Travis of Berlin, NJ, Maurice Travis of Atco, NJ and Edward Broadway of Delaware; four sisters, Efflee Travis-Grady of Clementon, NJ, Theresa Broadway of Pennsylvania, Pauline Williams of Neptune, NJ and Lorinda Williams of Brick, NJ; also a “special bond”, Nakita Beverly; his friend Gabriel Powell and a host of other relatives and friends.
