On Sunday, July 5, 2009, after a very brief illness, our beloved husband, father, and Pop-pop departed this life at Lourdes Medical Center, Willingboro, New Jersey to be forever with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Victor Floyd Ross, son of the late William Floyd and Julia Johnson Ross was born May 20, 1942 in East Riverton, New Jersey. Victor spent his entire life in the Cinnaminson area. He was graduated from Palmyra High School in 1960.

Victor reunited his membership with Mt. Zion A.M.E. Church, Riverton, New Jersey where he served as a sharer of God's word in Sunday School on 5th Sundays, as well as substituting upon request on other sundays. Victor had recently accepted the appointment of Sunday School Assistant Superintendent.

On February 24, 1967, Victor was joined in marriage to his devoted wife Annie arie Allen of Eastvill, Virginia. To this union one daughter Anjanette Marie was born.

Victor worked several years (unit his retirement in 2004) as an independent mail driver for the FRM Trucking, Deptford, New Jersey.

Everyone who knew Victor can testify that he loved the Lord and was not ashamed to share the gospel of Jesus Christ. To Know him was to love him. One of Victor's favorite scriptures was "Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil."

He leaves to mourn his cherished memory; loving wife, Annie Marie, of forty-two years; one daughter, Anjanette M. Haynes and her husband Darius B. Haynes, Sr., Burlington City, NJ; Five grandchildren DeAndre' Darius , Jr. DeShawn; DeVon and Ayana Marie, one sister, Victoria R. Kearney, Burling, NJ; on e aunt Sarah Keyes, Jacksonville, FL; two sisters-in-law, Dorothy Ross, Cinnaminson, NJ Elise Allen, Eastville, VA; four brothers-in-law, Timothy Allen Sr., Eastville, VA, Cullen G. Allen, Sr., Bear, DE, Henry M. Allen, Sr., Upper Marlboro, MD, Claude Allen, Willingboro, NJ and his beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and church family.
