was born on October 10, 1951, in Philadelphia, PA to the late Bob Williams and Artiezell (nee Lee) Williams. She departed this life suddenly on Thursday, June 10, 2010.

Monica was raised in Philadelphia, PA where she attended the local public school system. She graduated from Overbrook High School, Philadelphia, class of 1969. She was a resident of Blue Anchor, NJ for many years. She was employed by Verizon (Bell Atlantic) for 30 years, retiring in 2001. After her retirement, she was employed by The Fountains at Cedar Park, Atco, NJ, as a receptionist.

Monica leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Hal Talbot, Jr. of Blue Anchor, NJ; her mother, Artiezell Williams of Pine Hill; stepson, Hal Tabot III (Cheri) of Berlin; stepdaughter, Cathy Resch (Bill) of W. Berlin; one brother, Raymond Snipes of Pine Hill; her grandson, Hal IV; also, other family members and friends.

Services will be held 11:00AM Tuesday, June 15, 2010, in the Covington Funeral Home, 755 White Horse Pike, Atco, where friend may call from 9:00AM. Burial in Berlin Cemetery, Berlin, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Animal Adoption Center, 501 N. Berlin Road, Lindenwold, NJ 08021.
