Leonard B "." Phillips Obituary

Leonard B. Phillips was born in Burlington, New Jersey on July 26, 1929, and peacefully departed this life in his home in Palmyra, New Jersey on December 8, 2024, at the age of 95.


He attended Burlington public schools.


He was inducted in the United States Armed Forces in March of 1951.  Upon his honorable discharge, he received a Korean Service Medal with two Bronze Service Stars.  He also received a United National Service Medal.


He retired from General Motors in Trenton, New Jersey after 38 years of dedicated service.


He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Judith Phillips; his three daughters, Lisa El (Burlington), Angela Starling (Burlington), and Kimberly Montgomery (Kelvin) of North Carolina; four grandchildren, Tish Starling (Pennsylvania), Leonard Starling (Pennsylvania), Aaron Phifer (Georgia), and Andrew Phifer (Georgia), twelve great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and a host of family and friends who loved him dearly.
