I was thinking of you as my dad over the years. It was so good to talk to you while you were in the hospital with you and my mom Carmella of your first marriage. You laugh and laughed as we all talked together. I'm glad we had that moment to remember. Your son. Charles Freeman 111

Fare Well to my friend. Deacon Charles Freeman was a tremendous servant of God. Deac would come by the Church office at least once a day. He worked about a mile from the church. He was about living right, doing the right thing. I could always depend on seeing him in one of our three prayer a week. Him and Sis. Marsha.
Charles always liked to do different things or try something new. He always felt like he needed to keep moving. He spoke often about moving to Alaska. (I think he was kidding) He sold me his bike which whenever I ride it, I think of Charles. He was ahead of transportation at Siloam Christian Church. Everyone had his phone number. When he was picking up someone new, more than often he would go out on Saturday so he would know exactly where he was going Sunday morning.
Charles took care of the Church van just like it was his. He was always patient and gentle with his wife Marsha. I could go on and on. I grew to love that man. I will not meet another like Charles.
Fare well my Brother. I'll see you in Glory

I did not know that July 10, 2021 would be the last time I would see my cousin Billy on this side of heaven. I am so thankful for the hearty hugs, smiles and the stroll down memory lane we had on that day. Billy will forever be in my heart. Much love and prayers for strength and peace to my family. Snookums
