Obituary of Gerald Lee Foster, Jr.
Please share a memory of Gerald to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Jerry was born in Stratford NJ to Gerald and Diane Foster on September 16, 1986. He graduated and received his highschool diploma from Camden County Vocational and Technical school in 2005. He later obtained his business license. He worked as a Lot Attendant at Chrysler of Cherry Hill New Jersey for a while. Shortly after, he became the founder & owner of his business Junk 4 Us. The most blessed time in his short span of life was spending time with his 5 children. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Jerry loved riding his quad along with spending many hours working on his vehicles.
Can we just imagine the pounding of our hearts watching our favorite sport, winning a spelling bee in school when you had to overcome speaking in a small crowd amongst the smartest competitors singing on a Sunday morning. Can you imagine having a God given talent of the best cake baker in the state? Baby Jerry had a reputation of a laugh to light up a room and create the heartbeat to pound with joy, because he knew all God's children would delight in laughter and a much needed smile. Baby Jerry’s gift from our heavenly father was his turning a broken heart, a dropping tear, a moment of tragedy, into words that can only create laughter and joy equal to a garment of style. His children were his pride and joy. Baby Jerry was a young father that God gifted 4 sons and 1 daughter. They knew the moments he was at the door, tears ended, cheers were his greeting because Baby Jerry knew they needed to know that God was not a stranger nor a make believe toy, that God is a friend and his blessings will never end… Now they will be taught through the coming years that God will hold onto them and to not have fear. God called him home, a new home, and when they look above they’ll think of the laughter and joy. He will be with them no matter near or far. God has a special heartbeat that will forever be filled with his love. Daddy will be missed, yes it's true, God gave him his special gift now he’s sending it to you. Smiles, laugh with tears of joy God gave you daddy. Look up to daddy, he will always be there because he loves you, that’s the gift he wanted to share, especially to you.
Jerry is survived by his parents Gerald and Diane Foster, 5 children; Nathaniel Foster, Cameron Foster, Nyjah Foster, Nylah Foster, and Nyle Foster, Siblings; Gary Maddox, Jason McKinnon, Uardalareise Green-Anderson, Lanee Foster-Ross, Stacey Foster, Shalaya Bryan, Kyle Maddox, Diane Foster aka Pudge, a host of nieces & nephews along with many other family members & friends.
