Obituary of Betty V. Crespo

Betty V. Crespo, age 78, of Egg Harbor City, NJ, peacefully went home to be with the Lord on August 11, 2021. She was born to the late Vera Mitchell and William McKenney on November 5, 1942 in Egg Harbor City NJ. Betty worked for the Golden Nugget Casino for 10 years and the Press of Atlantic City for 30 years, from which she retired. She was a faithful member and Usher of St. Paul C.M.E Church for over 30+ years and also apart of the Usher’s Union. Betty has always been dependable and faithful to her family and to her church . This church was her great joy and she loved her church family. Betty is predeceased by: her son Paulino W. Crespo Sr. A.K.A (Billy); Three sisters: Vera Mckenney, Glovenia Marsh, and Joyce Toney-Goings; and Four Brothers: Novarro Freeman, William McKenney Jr., Joey Heridia, and Michael McKenney. Betty leaves to cherish her memories: Two children: Nathaniel McKenney and Belinda Crespo-Bowden (Ron); Four Grandchildren: Brandi Crespo, Lawrence Crespo (Lina), Paulino Crespo Jr., and Alexis Bowden; Four Great grandchildren: Raquel Crespo, Amelia Crespo, Geremiah Sims, and Paulino Crespo III.; One sister Dottie McKenney; and a host of nieces and nephews.
