Malcolm Coltraine Newby was born March 8,1970 In Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Hattie Newby and the late Benjamin Tabourne. He transitioned from this earth on Thursday, August 27, 2020. Malcolm attended and graduated from Olney High Schoo, Philadelphial. He was a self taught chef. He embarked on a cooking career which became his passion and joy. He followed another path which led him to employee relations with Labor Union for several years. During those several years he continued to perfect his craft and returned to his passion and became a self taught chef. He was famous for his fried and seafood lasagna . His favorite was to give everyone a nickname whether you wanted it or not. Malcolm leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Hattie Newby; his sister, Tanya Newby (Shaun Moore); his best friend (but more like a brother), Curtis Wilson and his wife, Sharon Moses- Wilson; two nephews, Keith Henry (Kiahfa Evans) and Anthony Thomas;his godchildren, Christopher Rookwood, Christian Wilson, Curtis Wilson Jr., and Shakeia Wilson; one great niece, Kiajah Henry; and two great nephews, Kahlid and Kahleel Henry; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
