Tilven Ty'Lee Simmons was born August 17, 1992 to Tamara and Tilven Simmons, Sr. He depart this life on November 22, 2019 at Jefferson Hospital Washington Township.

He graduated from Winslow Township High School then continuing his education in electrical engineering at Pennco Technology School. He loved spending time with his family and friends, swimming, listening to music and playing video games.

He was a very loving stubborn but caring son, brother, and friend to many people with a wonderful soul. He stayed out of trouble and was always about his family and was a very loyal friend to many. He loved his job and he never missed a day no matter rain, snow, or sleet.
