Obituary of Verna Jacqueline Waller

Verna J. Waller was born on August 20, 1927 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Nancy Henderson and Perry Waller. She was educated in the Philadelphia school system and later went on to receive her degree in Nursing, and a Bachelor and Master degree in Social work. Verna worked as a Nurse at Albert Einstein hospital in Philadelphia and later on worked as a Social Worker at different venues the last being Robbins Nest in New Jersey. She departed this life on September 13, 2015 and leaves to mourn and cherish her memories are: her daughter Cheryl Thompson Aka Omomola Iyabunmi, Cousins: Theodore Henderson, Florence Henderson, Wadel Ford, Melvin B. Banks Jr, and a host of other relatives, extended loving children like family and a host of loving friends.
